We use non-toxic and safe ingredients in all of our products to cater to all skin types.

All of our products are cruelty-free, Paraben-Free, Phthalate-Free & SLS-Free.

Though nothing in our formula has been identified as unsafe for pregnant or breastfeeding persons, we recommend sharing our ingredient list with your providers for review before usage.

Shipping & returns

We ship the products a day after the order is placed. And after our partner courier picks up the orders, it’ll usually take 2-3 days to arrive (Metro Manila orders), and 5-8 days to arrive (VisMin & Provincial orders).

We only ship within the Philippines. If you want to order internationally, please send a message to hello@bloomera.ph so we can process it for you.

We give FREE shipping to orders worth P1,790. For orders worth less than P1,790, customers need to pay a corresponding shipping rate based on their order(s).

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders.

Please contact our team immediately at hello@bloomera.ph with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed.

During times of high order volume, we are unable to cancel or edit orders.

We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
